We, Steve and Charlotte, have our own personal alcohol licenses and are suitably versed in the current legislation for licence applications. We have never had a problem with granting of licenses, this is due to a good record of well run bars with serious attention to all issues of keeping order, under age drinking and adhering to licensed hours.
Steve
was employed in the
Technical Services Department of Hall and Woodhouse Brewery for 10
years, which has given him a solid grounding in beer dispense
systems.
Both we and our employees are highly experienced in all aspects of outside bars, from working in marquees to the safe handling of generators. Plastic glasses are used at all events and our staff are required to wear company uniform when on duty.
